This Fashion Suite is a newly constructed unit, designed to accommodate both residential and professional needs. It boasts complimentary internet access and wifi throughout. This suite comprises an inviting entrance, a separate kitchen area fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, and microwave oven. A complete set of kitchenware is provided for your convenience. Additionally, a built-in washing machine ensures your laundry needs are easily met. The living space features newly installed fabric lampshades, enhancing its ambiance. The bathroom has been completely refurbished, featuring modern tiling and fixtures, along with a shower and individual water heater. Complete bedding is provided for your comfort, as well as a full set of bathroom linens, including bathrobes. Entertainment is catered for with a 32" LCD TV. Climate control is ensured with air conditioning and an inverter air conditioner. Ample storage space is available with a large wardrobe. To accommodate guests, a double sofa bed is provided in the living area. The suite's brightness is accentuated by a window and French door, both equipped with electric shutters. A monthly rent of 1100€ is inclusive of ALL BILLS, covering water, electricity, internet, and smart TV. It's important to note that a city tax of 2 euros per person per day is mandatory, for a maximum of 5 days. Therefore, for stays of one month or longer, the total city tax per person amounts to only 10 euros. The studio is located in Sesto San Giovanni. This is a more calm neighborhood than the city center of Milan but it still has good transportation links to the centre. Many green parks are located in this neighbourhood where you can relax and enjoy the weather. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity of the apartment and easily reached on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center of Milan.
